To train person with disability representatives in local councils on Articles 8 (awareness-raising) and 9 (accessibility) to enhance their advocacy efforts in connection to technical planning committees at sub-county levels in Gulu and Amuru. In addition, to support the creation of a district union of persons with disabilities in the newly created district of Nwoya in northern Uganda.
