In coalition with USER and the Charity Foundation "Law Initiative," CPID aims to educate authorities and develop draft proposals and legislation to facilitate the rights of persons with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities to personal assistance and longer-term support mechanisms.
All-Ukrainian NGO Coalition for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (CPID)
To achieve legislative reform in Ukraine, focusing on Article 26 (Rehabilitation) of the CRPD. In coalition with the Ukrainian Psychiatric Association, and Ukrainian Public Organization for Users and Survivors of Mental Health Services (USER), CPID aims to address legislative problems related to the provision of habilitation and rehabilitation services.

To increase awareness by persons with psycho-social disabilities and medical personnel in psychiatric wards of the rights of persons with psycho-social disabilities and inform them of services offered in accordance with human rights standards.
All-Ukrainian Organization for Users & Survivors of Mental Health Services (USER) - Crimean Branch
To monitor and advocate for the implementation of specific articles of the CRPD in 11 Crimean psychiatric hospitals and wards, specifically addressing the rights of persons with psycho-social disabilities.
Aurveda
To improve DPO capacity to implement the CRPD by disseminating a model for inclusive education and lobbying for legal changes to accord Ukrainian educational legislation with the CRPD.
Cherkassy Youth
To increase skills of youth to address the rights of PWDs by expanding this network of DPOs and other NGOs and ensuring a collaborative and inclusive effort to implement the CRPD.

To promote small, community-based group homes as an alternative to large institutions where most children and adults with intellectual disabilities reside.

To expand the knowledge and skills of organizational members to advance the CRPD at local and national levels, including addressing problems of institutionalization for children with intellectual disabilities.

To promote independent and supported community living for persons with severe disabilities in accordance with the CRPD, with an ultimate aim of making an impact on Ukrainian laws concerning institutional care.
Kharkiv Public Organization of Blind Lawyers DPO
To provide disabled lawyers and DPO leaders with information and support to improve access to justice for PWDs.
Kiev Municipal DPO
To document and disseminate positive examples of independent living that will motivate PWDs to build their capacity and involve them in advocating for their rights to live independently.
National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD)
In coalition with three youth-focused advocacy organizations, Educational and Cultural Center for Kids, Mart, and Protect the Rights of Children, promote the ratification of the CRPD, provide a detailed review of current legislation to accord with CRPD, build capacity of members on the CRPD, and raise public awareness.
National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD)
In coalition with the same partners as 2009, produce a shadow report to ensure that the government undertakes obligations to improve conditions for persons with disabilities in accordance with the CRPD.
