To improve the participation of DPOs in Yogyakarta Special Province to monitor CRPD implementation.
To monitor the extent to which the implementation of the Yogyakarta government policy relating to issues of education and employment is in accordance with the CRPD.
To build organizational capacity about the CRPD and the Law for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, in order to carry out advocacy on the right to live a life free of abuse and exploitation (Article 16). To build the capacity of persons with disabilities, especially women with disabilities, children with disabilities, and persons with psychosocial disabilities to combat violence, in accordance with CRPD Article 16.
To increase awareness about the CRPD among PWDs, including domestic violence and sexual harassment, gender discrimination, economic and political exclusion, and access to legal and health services.
To ensure adequate representation and active participation by persons with disabilities (PWDs) in 6 districts of Chhattisgarh in decision-making processes which affect their lives.
To enable disabled activists in Chhattisgarh to combat exclusion and enjoy their human rights and live with dignity.
To increase skills of youth to address the rights of PWDs by expanding this network of DPOs and other NGOs and ensuring a collaborative and inclusive effort to implement the CRPD.
