Youth with disabilities are on the frontlines of climate impacts, yet too often remain absent from climate leadership spaces. Climate change profoundly shapes daily life, health, mobility, education and long term well-being, but urgent and immediate needs are often prioritised in ways that push climate engagement to the margins. At the same time, organisations and allies committed to inclusion often lack the tools, training and resources needed to meaningfully support leadership by youth with disabilities.

This webinar aims to bridge these gaps by raising awareness, amplifying lived experiences, and strengthening the collective capacity to build truly effective and just climate action and leadership. Bringing together youth advocates, young negotiators, disability rights leaders, and climate justice organisers, the discussion will unpack how youth with disabilities are frequently overlooked across climate, youth, and disability movements, what must change and what do we need to make it happen.

Join us to learn how centering the experiences, knowledge, and leadership of youth with disabilities can strengthen climate advocacy, challenge exclusion, and build more equitable and inclusive movements and policy spaces nationally and internationally.
